The business

A young company built on responsibility

Justin started roofing at 16 and founded Crown Rise Construction in May 2023. Today, he leads a three-person team—himself and two employees he describes as incredible.

As an owner, every supplier relationship affects how confidently his team can serve customers. The right fit needs to support the whole job, from the first question to the final delivery.

The supplier relationship

Why one good relationship is not enough

Healthy relationships matter to Justin, but they must be backed by products, responsive service and a team that takes ownership when something needs to be fixed.

01

It starts with relationships

Justin values people who answer questions and make it easy to work together. That trust begins at the front desk and carries through every interaction.

02

Product depth keeps work moving

A good relationship can stall when the needed product is unavailable. Breadth matters because it lets a contractor keep serving the customer without starting over elsewhere.

03

Every touchpoint matters

Justin points to healthy relationships across Country Towne—from the front door and sales team to delivery drivers and the trim shop.

04

Options help customers choose

Exterior work can mean a roof, walls, a garage interior, a storefront or an old barn. A wide range gives Justin practical options to show each customer.

05

Speed must include ownership

Quick deliveries help a job move. When a mistake happens, Justin says what matters is ownership: the issue is acknowledged and fixed.

06

A relationship built for the long term

For a new contractor or an established business, continuity matters. Justin values being able to keep one trusted relationship flowing instead of repeatedly starting over.

The whole package

People, products, delivery and accountability

For Crown Rise Construction, the right supplier connects useful product options with people who respond, deliveries that arrive quickly and ownership when plans need attention. No single part carries the relationship alone.

00:00 I’m Justin Martin. I started roofing at 16. In May of 2023 is when I started Crown Rise Construction. So I’m the owner and I have two employees. They’re incredible, and that’s what we’ve been doing for the last two and a half years.

00:16 I think what matters most to me when I’m looking for a supplier would be the kind of relationship that I have. You kind of need, like, the whole package. You can have a company that you have a good relationship with—front desk, sales, or somebody’s there to answer your question—but then if they don’t have products to back up that good relationship, then it can come to a halt because you need something that they don’t have, and so you’re forced to go somewhere else, right?

00:43 With Country Towne, whether it’s walking in the front door, the delivery drivers, or if I’ve got to pick something up from the trim shop, or the salespeople, I’ve just been able to have healthy relationships with every single one of those aspects, and that’s been huge for me.

00:58 If I were to put Country Towne into one word, I would say ambitious. I would say an ambitious company offering metal products. In my world, it’s exterior work, whether that’s the roof, the walls, the inside of a garage on the wall, and that ranges from a storefront to an old barn like I’m working on now.

01:19 I like to give my customer options. What do you want to see on your house for the next 50 years, right? So being able to come to Country Towne and have all of these different options and get to work with them, and just have that relationship flow, and not constantly trying to build new ones and start over, you know.

01:38 Whether it’s a new contractor that’s starting up and looking for a company that they can trust and work with long-term, Country Towne would be someone I would recommend. And then even a contractor who’s been in business for a long time but needs a company that supplies a good product, quick deliveries, and even when there is a mistake that happens, right, that there’s ownership there and it’s fixed. Country Towne offers that, and that’s why I love to keep coming back to work with you guys.
